After discovering the Mid-Atlantic Gateway in 2001 I thought about putting my photos and clippings online
with the idea of getting others to contribute Toronto & Canadian wrestling items to put out more of what was then
a limited amount of local items. Having only gone online in 2000 I had no idea of how to create a website
so did everything the long way around, trying different things as I learned more.
Had a home office at the time so enabled me to build it up fast and by the second month I was already
getting contributions from fans -and wrestlers- around North America.

Ed White - aka Johnny Davis - really started it by sending the Wildman Lineup Sheet
and one of his pay stubs from working Tunney's TV to become the centerpoint of the memorabilia portion.

It would have never gone past that point though without the contributions of Griff Henderson who had lots of stuff too and
was continually seeking out more, and then over a day allowing me to scan hundreds of images including most of the programs that
became the Program Gallery - one of the most visited pages on the site. Much of the other images on the site are also supplied by Griff.

Gary Will also was a big help on the information side as well as the promotion end by plugging it on his Wrestling sites
I suggested at that time to Mike Dupree who was writing a Web Site Review column in the new Wrestling Revue, that he should cover
Gary's sites, I benefited by getting to ride along on the coat-tails and got some coverage in there too.

Having a couple articles on Slam helped spread the word too and anytime they use a clip or image from my site
I get a ton of new visitors and the potential for more stuff ! So thanks to all of the contributors and supporters of this site

In no particular order and apologies if I miss anyone

The Site at the beginning

Later I tried a page with Adobe Illustrator with imbedded links, also supplied that style
for Graham Cawthon's History Of The WWE site that was used for a while
