Ric Flair was by far the biggest star of the 78-84 era of Maple Leaf Wrestling
appearing here prior to - and after winning the NWA World Title.

In Toronto he would face a varied assortment of opponents including
Tiger Jeet Singh & Bob Backlund and also form popular tags
with Dewey Robertson & Tony Parisi and was largely responsible
for the resurgence of Toronto Wrestling in the late 70's early 80's.
