SUNDAY NIGHT - Apr 25 1982 Double World Title bouts Two big World Title bouts with Canadian Champ Angelo Mosca getting a shot at AWA Champ Nick Bockwinkel, the return of Race vs Flair, a strap match with Jay Youngblood versus The Ninja, Koloff, Studd, and more
Frank Tunney presents another great card at MLG featuring two of the three major titles.
The tricky World Champ would prove a tough battle for Mosca, keeping the big man down on the canvas with his vast array of holds. Mosca would gain the advantage using his usual brawling style and batter the AWA Title holder from turnbuckle to turnbuckle. Just when it looked like Mosca may be adding to his title belt collection, Big John Studd came into the ring and interfered on behalf of Bockwinkel. The ref would award the match to Mosca but he would be denied in his bid for the World title.
Ric Flair would return to defend his NWA title against former champ Harley Race. It was another tough battle with action around the ring and on the ramp. Both grapplers would be disqualified after about 20 minutes for ignoring the referee. This was the third of their six bouts here Click the link below for Flair vs Race Flair vs Race

In another good bout Jay Youngblood beat The Ninja, Kernodle and Koloff beat Jimmy Valiant and Porkchop Cash, while Studd beat Ron Richie, Johnny Weaver pinned Pvt Nelson, and Tony Parisi and Ray Stevens went to a draw
